Description
It's been such a long time since I last posted something… To be fair I did not really draw much besides for school purposes so yeah. I decided to make another attempt at drawing realistically to see how I have improved (or not).
A little bit of a back story, I recently got into cardistry, despite not being a fan of anything magic ever since I could remember. So one day, I stumbled upon this guy's video on YouTube of a card flourish tutorial. I thought it looked cool and I grabbed my filthy old free deck of cards from an airline and taught myself how to do it. Since that one flourish, I have been interested and have been learning more and more. And also buying more and more (hella expensive) cards.
I have my card addiction to blame on this guy, Jarek 1:20, or in real life Evan Cloyd. He is a magician and professional wrestler who is such an inspirational and motivational figure for me. And that clearly shows in the time I spent to complete this drawing - 3 days? maybe. Which in any case is a lot faster than the weeks and weeks spent on my other realistic drawings.
